Job Context:
∎ Get the opportunity to work as a Relationship Manager Under Foreign Government Registered Lawyers from Canada, Australia, Sweden etc and Provide advice and documentation organizing support to registered GIC Education Ltd. clients based on lawyer guidelines
∎ Understand how to provide guidelines and suggestions regarding preparing documents for student migration application submission
∎ Get the opportunity to work under government affiliated foreign lawyers and provide guideline to students who are registered under GIC Education Ltd. to study overseas and guide them based on lawyer recommendation
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide support and advice regarding documentation preparation/procedure and regarding immigration application to registered GIC Education Ltd. clients with the guidance of Foreign Government affiliated lawyers from Canada, Australia, Sweden etc
∎ Ensure all clients receive best customer service and suggestions as per lawyers prescribed guidelines on student visa
∎ Provide consultation to registered GIC Education Ltd. clients' queries with regards to documentation process and submission of application to desired universities
∎ Provide suggestions to the clients on how they can file a successful and error free application.
∎ Handover lawyer assessment as well as the feedback on application to the clients and suggest a way forward based on lawyer guidance.
∎ Communicate with international clients via Email, Office Phone, Skype etc and clarify them on document processing and submission, If and/or when they have any.
∎ Co-ordinate with clients in preparing documents for student migration as per prescribed document checklist
∎ Maintain the records of each clients in separate folders.
∎ Participate and conduct local and international foreign education seminars whenever and wherever needed
∎ Participate in video shoots and live sessions, arranged by the marketing wing, whenever necessary
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 28 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to take the challenge to achieve the sales target
∎ Work in a fast-paced environment
∎ Be Hard Working, Target Oriented & Self Motivated.
∎ Excellent Interpersonal communication skills & team management Skills.
∎ Good command in Speaking of both Bangla and English Language
Salary: Tk. 22000 - 30000 (Monthly)
