Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sales and Marketing Responsibilities:·
∎ Identify suspects and prospects through market research.
∎ Identify who are the clients advertising in other LED Advertising Display Boards.
∎ Identify who are the clients advertising in TV, Radio, Social Media and Newspapers.
∎ Source Potential Clients through Internet and Social Media Research.
∎ Create and update a database on a daily basis and identify which clients are moving from suspect to prospect to customer.
∎ Make calls to schedule appointments with potential clients.
∎ Make daily client visits.
∎ Make daily minutes report for the day’s activities and client visit.
∎ Keep track of monthly bills.
∎ Prepare bills.
∎ Gather all documents required for submitting bills.
∎ Submit bills on time.
∎ Follow up on outstanding payments.
∎ Understanding our client’s requirements.
∎ Manage specific client accounts and to understand their needs and requirements and address any issues if raised by clients.
∎ Maintain constant communication with clients.
∎ Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.·
