Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Master’s degree from a recognized university. No 3rd division/class at any level
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To be responsible for the provision of secretarial support to the concerned Authorities of the University.
∎ To provide quality student service which says to students “We care and we deliver” in the area of registration, tuition assessment and academic records, and to insure the confidentiality and accuracy of student records.
∎ Evaluates transcripts; counsels students, faculty, and staff concerning academic regulations and graduation requirements.
∎ To coordinate the student information systems, admission system, conduct pre-registration completion registration and drop/add of courses.
∎ Coordinate the student information system and new student technology initiatives for the University.
∎ Insure compliance with student records Policy.
∎ Record transfer credit, advanced placement, study and work abroad, project/thesis titles comprehensive examination result and grade changes.
∎ To keep liaison with the all regulatory bodies.
∎ To make necessary arrangements for holding Convocation, meeting of Academic Council, Syndicate & other regular or urgent meetings.
∎ To make necessary arrangement for printing any kind of Catalogue, Prospectus, Hand Book, Leaflet, Handbill, Newsletter etc.
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 15 years of experience in teaching or administration.
∎ At least 10 years experience as Deputy Registrar or Equivalent position.
∎ Experience in Private universities and government officials, especially in government secretarial will be preferred.
Salary: Negotiable
