• ANFORDS BANGLADESH LTD. is a fast-growing Joint venture toiletries manufacturing company is currently looking for dynamic, hardworking, intelligent & self-driven candidates for the position of RSM Sales and Distribution.

• Forecasting and preparing monthly, quarterly & yearly sales target

• Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet corporate set-goals

• Educating sales team with presentation of strategies through work with and regular meeting.

• Analyze Day to Day Sales trend of each SKU’s, Unit, Territory and suggest corrective feedback. 

• Monitor and coordinate the activities of the Area Sales Executives, Territory Sales Officers and Distributors

• Assisting techniques sales personnel to deliver their target

• Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short term.

• Propose different plans to minimize cost and maximize profit

• Monitor the activities of the competitors & set suitable sales strategies in the assignee.

• Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to formulate action plans.

• Ensure timely collection of market intelligence and submission of accurate sales reports.
