Job Context:
∎ Effective planning & Execution of the training calendar.
∎ Speedy implementation of training strategy.
∎ Helping achieve business targets for the Region.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Undertaking implementation of training strategy for the various Region/Area/Branch.
∎ Accountable for pre-licensing training/refresher to be done on ongoing basis to make candidates trained to do Quality Sales.
∎ Responsible for assessing the filed sales training needs on regular basis.
∎ Coordinating with RBDM/AM/BM for conducting Process and Need Based Training programs.
∎ Accountable for running sales, product and process training in the field.
∎ Responsible for running skills and motivational training sessions, and takes care of the self-development of field staff.
∎ Helping working out of training logistics of the business partners.
∎ Coordinating with sales teams for training inputs.
∎ To provide inputs to the content developers and coordinators at HO basis their first hand experiences from the field, thus enabling in setting up a centralized module.
∎ Responsible for implementation of Training Process.
∎ Responsible to get Validated & Certified for Training Process and Programs of the Retail Sales Channel.
∎ To be in touch with internal as well as external customers through FOS and market visits, which will help in customizing modules for different markets.
∎ Motivating Field force by conducting Motivational programs/coaching at Region/Area/Branch Level.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 5-6 Years Experience. 3-4 yrs in sales and 2 -3 yrs in training.
∎ Good Communication skills.
∎ Well versed in Local languages and culture.
∎ Knowledge of English Language.
∎ Good presentation/training skills.
Salary: Negotiable
