Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow up and monitor implementation of regional business plan to strengthen distribution improvement of key brands.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of all company resources and marketing tools to drive appropriate execution of national plans and measure area performance on regular basis.
∎ Sales target achievement.
∎ Provide on time and sufficient information on stock movement across the region to help HC & CD to take decision on OMR, channel infiltration and other supply related matters.
∎ Ensure proper guidance and performance monitoring of all ASM/TSM/TSO’s and SPO’s in the region.
∎ Ensure continuous flow of new ideas, execute region specific business plan etc. and share the learning with the rest of the country.
∎ All credit managed and realizes dues according to finance policy/ Company policy.
∎ Establish/ maintain good interpersonal relationship within team. Adhere to company values, policies and regulations.
∎ Run actively the weekly/ monthly/ periodic meetings/ conference.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate reporting as per schedule and requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have at least 8 years of relevant experiences in any Cement manufacturing company.
∎ Should be target oriented and have leadership quality to lead the team.
