Responsibilities & Context:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets
- Oversee and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching and guidance to ensure the achievement of individual and team goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, conducting market research and analysis to identify potential clients and sales channels
- Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment and successful execution of sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients, showcasing the company's products and services and highlighting their unique selling points.
