Responsibilities & Context:
Lead business development initiatives with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales goals.
Establish and implement effective sales strategies and policies tailored to the assigned zone.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize business opportunities.
Manage and expand the company’s footprint in the assigned territory while strengthening channel relationships.
Provide day-to-day guidance and motivation to the sales team (ASM/TSM) to achieve operational excellence.
Prepare, implement, and monitor beat plans for field teams.
Forecast orders and ensure accurate demand planning.
Foster strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building with stakeholders to support healthy business transactions and ensure smooth financial flows.
