∎ Should have 5-6 yrs relevant experience.
∎ Should have experience of Mobile industry in Bangladesh
∎ An in-depth knowledge of Sales & Distribution channel is required.
∎ Build ownership on the Company, self-driven, self-motivated.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify potential area and build strong relationship with existing partners to ensure goal
∎ Meet & exceed sales target by effectively managing the sales team and monitoring their performance
∎ Monitor market trends, competitor activities and consumer feedback to identify opportunities for sales growth and improvement in retail operations
∎ Ensure Mobile Handset available at the dealer level as per as market demand by ASM & TSO
∎ Create secondary sales plans and projects for new and existing products.
∎ Ensure Day wise Primary & Secondary Sales and finally achieve monthly sales Target.
∎ Ensure Product availability and POSM visibility.
∎ Dealer Management & ROI Ensure.
∎ Setting TSO/ASM wise primary and secondary target
∎ Create new business plan & growth plan in line with the policies of the management and as per current & future market trend.
∎ Manage relationship with retail partners and stake holders to ensure products are prominently displayed and effectively promoted in retail outlet as well as properly maintaining brand and product exclusive image
