Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
∎ Team Management: Lead, coach, and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance and achieve sales targets.
∎ Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
∎ Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
∎ Sales Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to senior management.
∎ Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Admixture products, construction chemical their applications, and advantages over competitors.
∎ Sales Training: Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
∎ 8. Sales Presentations: Create and deliver effective sales presentations to potential clients and partners.
∎ Contract Negotiations: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for the company.
∎ Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales activity, revenue, and client feedback.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Minimum 6-8 years' experience in corporate sales with a focus on constriction admixtures.
∎ Proven B2B sales Experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ Strong corporate sales experience, including negotiating contracts and managing client relationships.
∎ Technical knowledge of construction chemicals admixtures.
∎ Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the Admixture or construction chemical industry.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skills.
∎ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
∎ Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.
∎ Knowledge of Admixture products and the construction industry is a plus.
