∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Elevator, Generator & Substation.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
∎ Mentor and coach sales team members to improve their performance and skills.
∎ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and take corrective action.
∎ Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote products and services.
∎ Manage branding and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and awareness.
∎ Oversee the development and implementation of marketing materials, including brochures, product catalogs, and online content.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective advertising and promotional campaigns.
∎ Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure ROI and optimize marketing efforts.
∎ Identify, Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
∎ Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners and distributors.
∎ Negotiate contracts and agreements with customers and suppliers.
∎ Lead and motivate the sales and marketing team to achieve company goals.
∎ Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.·
∎ Provide guidance and support to team members to help them succeed.
∎ Evaluate team performance and provide feedback and coaching.
∎ Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
