Job Responsibilities:
∎ Strong ability to setup team where needed.
∎ Able to grow the market through the Field Forces.
∎ Support the Field Forces to develop their business and their confidence in marketing company's products.
∎ To have strong determination to achieve sales targets.
∎ Implement business and marketing plans in collaboration with marketing people.
∎ Prepare and submit sales reports and sales forecast on timely basis.
∎ Ensure collections of Field Forces in time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ At least 5 - 10 years' experience in Pharmaceuticals products marketing.
∎ Age should be below 40 years.
∎ Should be good communication skill in both English and Bangla Language.

Salary: Negotiable
