Job Responsibilities:
∎ This is a target-oriented position, have to manage proactive sales to ensure sales target are achieved within planned time frame.
∎ Develop sales plan and strategy to increase market share and achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales target.
∎ Forecast monthly/quarterly/yearly sales revenue in regional level.
∎ Work closely with Area Sales Manager and Sales Officer to monitor progress, motivate team and solve problems in market.
∎ Ensure coverage of product availability on the potential outlets of assigned region through development of new distribution channel and manage existing distribution channel.
∎ It is a highly mobile position, have to work 20-24 days in field to manage assgned territories.
∎ Proven track record of strong team leadership and large-scale team management.
∎ Must have analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ To maintain proper documentation & ensure all types of report as required.
∎ mus be an expert in Microsoft Excel.
∎ Experience in conducting team training will be an added advantage.
∎ Do other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 36 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in computer, MS Office program especially in MS Excel.
∎ Must be good in speaking and writing in English.
