Responsibilities & Context: Age below 45 Experience: At least 3 (three) years of practical experience in managing 20-25 branches as Regional Manager (Microfinance) in any NGO funded by PKSF and experience in working on computers (MS Office, Internet & E-mail Browsing) including reporting. Must have valid driving license and ability to ride a motorcycle. Age relaxation is possible for candidates with merit and more experience. salary allowance: According to the salary scale of the company, the total salary including PF, mobile bill, lunch and travel allowance will be 80,000/- Taka. During the apprenticeship, 80% of the salary will be paid as per the rules of the company. The job will be made permanent after 3 months subject to performance evaluation. In addition, as per the rules of the company, you will get festival bonus, 40% of Baisakhi allowance, gratuity, group insurance benefits and retirement leave pay.
