Responsibilities & Context: Age below 35 Experience: At least 2 (two) years of practical experience as a Branch Manager (Microfinance) in any NGO funded by PKSF and experience in working on computers (MS Office, Internet & E-mail Browsing) including reporting. Must have valid driving license and ability to ride a motorcycle. salary allowance: According to the salary scale of the company, the total salary including PF, mobile bill, lunch and travel allowance will be 43,700/- Taka. During the apprenticeship, 80% salary will be paid as per the rules of the company. The job will be made permanent after 6 months subject to performance evaluation. In addition, according to the rules of the company, you will get festival bonus, 40% Boishakhi allowance, gratuity, group insurance benefits and retirement
