Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategies to ensure the region consistently achieves or exceeds sales targets (Daily/Monthly/Yearly) and business Operation KPI, i.e., Same Store growth, Average Ticket Value, Basket Size, Non-footwear Contribution, staff productivity and conversion rate.
∎ Analyze regional market trends, competitor business modality and discover new opportunities for expanding the market share across assigned region.
∎ Assist in developing and implementing sales, marketing, financial and structural strategies in accordance with Annual Business Plan.
∎ Execute developed business strategies and identify opportunities to drive sales, increase Consumer Experience, and store traffic.
∎ Develop and implement new customer engagement campaigns, sales initiatives, and strategies incorporation with Marketing & Product management departments to capture key demographics.
∎ Work with Product Management, Fulfilment and Central Distribution Center team for stock planning and allocation to ensure appropriate replenishment timeframes are met.
∎ Create and drive a plan that focuses on training and development of retail team in collaboration with Human Resources department to continuously develop their professionalism, selling skill and product knowledge and to help achieve their performance goals.
∎ Ensure knowledge transfer of the industry and the competition, continuously seeking information to challenge, modify and prioritize regional strategies and prepare the team to win the competition.
∎ Serve as a liaison between field and corporate office partners to ensure clear communication, problem solving and partnership while maintaining an objective perspective.
∎ Evaluate the performance of the team and provide instantaneous feedback, coaching and drive retention initiatives to mitigate employee turnover.
∎ Monitor regional sales performance, initiate corrective measures, and follow up the improvised actions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Strong knowledge in Merchandising and Sales Management
∎ Knowledge of inventory management.
∎ Knowledge of financial numbers, ratios, and their impact on the business.
∎ Strong analytical ability.
∎ Ability to manage critical situations.
∎ People related skills.
∎ Knowledge on product planning
∎ Ability to generate a variety of reports and presentations displaying regional performance.
∎ Ability to motivate a team and lead it to succeed.
∎ Strong interpersonal and negotiating skills.
