∎ Master in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise, monitor and administer activities for ensuring smooth operation of the program as per policy and procedure.
∎ Assist to prepare and compile Financial Plan, Operational Plan and play vital role for implementation of Business Plan and Strategic Plan.
∎ Share new ideas to develop/ review policy, system and procedures for smooth operation of the program.
∎ Conduct frequent field visits (at least 18 days in a month and 3 overnight stay in a week in Branch/ Area offices.
∎ Visit at least 4 branches per week to identify irregularities if any and solve problems immediately.
∎ Check the books of records & related documents and provide instruction as required.
∎ Ensure 100% record checking of at least one group during each visit.
∎ Take prompt action or corrective measures for any financial irregularities, detected or reported, and also initiate legal action if necessary.
∎ Supervise and monitor the performance of the branches & staff and analyze the productivity of the Branch as well as the staff.
∎ Ensure 100% recovery, regular group meeting and regular collection of savings.
∎ Conduct TNA of the group members as well as staff and to send proposal to the management accordingly
∎ Verify and check the loan pass book, collection sheet etc while visiting field to ensure proper record keeping.
∎ Check the bank balance, bank statement, bank reconciliation statement, cashbook and other ledger for proper record keeping.
∎ Ensure smooth fund management; inter branch fund movement and timely repayment of debts.
∎ Prepare weekly and monthly monitoring reports and provide feedback to staff.
∎ Arrange/attend weekly, monthly, quarterly meetings to review progress and give feedback.
∎ Cooperate auditors both internal and external during their audit and also provide audit responses as and when required.
∎ Assist the external Consultants to conduct the impact study, survey etc.
∎ Represent MF program in the internal/external forum.
∎ Establish & maintain effective working relationship with other development sector staff of RDRS.
∎ Ensure 100% financial sustainability of all branches under his jurisdiction.
∎ Carry out any other activities assigned to him/her by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 years working experiences in Microfinance program operation including one year experience as same level/position.
