∎ Masters degree in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 11 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Micro Credit
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for functions of the regional office.
∎ Experience of managing at least 30 branches.
∎ Leading and managing risk management of micro-credit activities
∎ Ensure financial sustainability of all branches in the region
∎ Monitor the responsibilities of Area Supervisor / Area manager in the region.
∎ Achieve targets given in annual work plan / Disbursement plan for the region.
∎ Provide leadership to the area supervisors and BM through problem solution and leadership role.
∎ Audit compliance experience.
∎ Proficiency in effectively performing Administrative matters.
∎ Supervise for the effective and efficient implementation of micro-credit program.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 2 years experience in charge of region.
∎ Must drive motor cycle.
∎ Must be physically fit.
∎ Able to work under stress.
∎ Need to take frequent field visit.
∎ Computer skill (MS word, MS excel, E-mail, Bangla & English typing) is must.
Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus: 3
∎ Plus Regional allowance taka. 5,000 per month.
