Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for overall hire sales activities & target achievement of the respective area
∎ Achieving sales and collection target
∎ Ensure plaza survey
∎ Ensure plaza Kristy Mela
∎ Physical verification of hire account
∎ Reduction of over dues
∎ Reduction hire sales defalcation;
∎ Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress report of sales to achieve predetermined target;
∎ Prepare and submit monthly tour plan and tour observation report
∎ Lead people & monitor overall working process, policies and guideline to ensure compliance in all credit sales & activities
∎ Register checking
∎ Cash book verification/checking
∎ Deal with default account
∎ Ensure paying of hire accounts;
∎ Any other tasks assigned by management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills.
∎ Quick learner and a team player, well-organized, initiative and detail-oriented
∎ Ability to finish tasks within deadline
∎ Willing to Travel anywhere in Bangladesh
∎ Ability to work in field and under pressure
∎ Experience in relevant field is preferred
