Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline, Specially Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Finance & Accounts, Marketing
∎ Professional qualification will be added preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To establish a standardize credit policy and procedure for the company and implementing the same in proper coordination with the relevant function(s).
∎ Monitor for a quality collection process to minimize overdue
∎ Ensuring the credit limit are being followed properly with due delegation of authority
∎ Follow up on Major Debtors accounts assigned to ensure recoveries through calls, demand notices or any other appropriate means
∎ Maintaining Invoice, Sales and AR recording as per policy for a better control on Credit.
∎ Ensuring all credit block and credit override are being approved by the respective approvers
∎ Maintaining Invoice, Sales and Debtors recording are as per policy
∎ Ensuring over dues are being tracked and monitored and reminder to the collection team for reducing over dues balance.
∎ Maintain a data bank of all clients
∎ Customers' debtors monitoring and feedback to the collection/sales team for follow up
∎ Find out the probable customers & provide them with all information regarding product.
∎ Collecting and analyzing the data for preparing marketing and recovery strategy.
∎ To be responsible for credit and cash collection against company sales.
∎ Achieve collection target as set by the Management for the period being.
∎ Prepare weekly/ monthly/ yearly collection statement and do report to the Management.
∎ Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new & existing and upcoming products
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the management as per company requirement.

∎ Age 25 to 30 years

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Credit, Credit Administration, Credit Control And Recovery, Credit Realization, Credit Recovery, Credit Risk Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments, Accessories , Manufacturing and Chemicals
