Role Summary:

The Assistant Front Desk Executive – Accounts & Client Support will support daily front desk operations, client handling, appointment management, billing, and basic accounts tasks at So A-ri.

Ei role-e clients receive kora, appointment manage kora, phone call handle kora, billing and payment record maintain kora, and basic accounts support deya lagbe.

Client service smooth rakha, proper front desk coordination maintain kora, and daily financial and administrative records thik moto manage kora ei role-er important part.

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Client Handling

  • Patients/clients ke receive, greet, and guide korte hobe politely and professionally

  • Client-er appointment booking, scheduling, and rescheduling handle korte hobe

  • Walk-in clients and appointment clients-der properly assist korte hobe

  • Client queries professionally answer korte hobe and correct information dite hobe

Call Handling & Communication

  • Incoming phone calls receive kore information provide korte hobe

  • Necessary hole outgoing follow-up calls korte hobe for booking confirmation or client communication

  • WhatsApp or digital inquiry thakle basic communication support korte hobe

  • Front desk communication polite, professional, and client-friendly vabe maintain korte hobe

Billing & Accounts Support

  • Client-er billing, invoice, voucher, and payment collection accurately handle korte hobe

  • Daily cash, bank, expense, and collection records maintain korte hobe

  • Client payment, due, and transaction details properly record korte hobe

  • Basic accounts data entry and financial record update korte hobe

  • Daily, weekly, and monthly collection and accounts report prepare korte support korte hobe

Payroll & Financial Record Support

  • Attendance and salary structure follow kore basic payroll preparation support dite hobe

Administrative & Operational Support
