    • HSC
    • Bachelor of Social Science (BSS)
    • Bachelor of Arts (BA)
    • Diploma in Medical Technology
  • Minimum HSC or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred.

  • Diploma Degree in any Discipline

  • Basic Computer; MS Office, Internet Browsing

  • Well Presentation Skill

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a healthcare setting is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication skills in Bengali and English (both written and spoken).
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple task.


Responsibilities & Context:
  • Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.

  • Schedule appointments for patients and manage the appointment calendar.

  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

  • Assist patients with check-in and check-out procedures.

  • Provide information about hospital services and direct patients to the appropriate departments.

  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues as they arise.

  • Process patient registration forms and maintain accurate records.

  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
