স্নাতক/স্নাতকোত্তর পাস।

হাসপাতাল ও ডায়াগনস্টিক সেন্টারে অভিজ্ঞদের এইচ.এস.সি পাসে অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে।

কম্পিউটার প্রশিক্ষণ কোর্স।

অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতা প্রার্থীর সক্ষমতা হিসেবে বিবেচিত হবে।

• শুধুমাত্র যারা হাসপাতালের আশেপাশে কিংবা হাসপাতালের হোস্টেলে থেকে জব করতে পারবেন তারা আবেদন করুন।

• শুদ্ধভাষী, স্মার্ট ও উন্নত মননশীল প্রার্থীদের অগ্রাধিকার ভিত্তিতে নেয়া হবে।

• রিসিপশনে কাজ করার পুর্ব অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। তবে অন্যান্য যোগ্যতা থাকলে অভিজ্ঞতা শিথিলযোগ্য।

• কম্পিউটারে পারদর্শী হতে হবে।

• ইংরেজিতে পারদর্শীতার ক্ষেত্রে গুরুত্ব দেয়া হবে। (বিশেষ করে ইংরেজী লেখার ক্ষেত্রে)

• দ্রুত সিদ্ধান্ত গ্রহনের ক্ষেত্রে যথাযথ সক্ষমতা থাকতে হবে।

• Welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments.

• Schedule appointments for patients and manage the appointment calendar.

• Provide information about hospital services and direct patients to the appropriate departments.

• Process patient registration forms and maintain accurate records.

• Coordinate and Smooth Behavior with patient and other Staff.
