Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Front desk and Reception maintenance.
∎ Greeting and welcoming visitors and guided them appropriately in a professional manner.
∎ Responsible for receiving inward and outward documents and distribute the documents property.
∎ Provide general administrative support.
∎ Perform any other duties instructed by the Supervisor/Management.
