Responsibilities & Context:
অফিসে আগত ক্লায়েন্ট ও ভিজিটরদের বিনয়ী ও পেশাদার আচরণে রিসিভ ও গাইড করা।
ফোন কল ও অনলাইন ইনকোয়ারি ম্যানেজ করা এবং প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য প্রদান।
দৈনিক অ্যাপয়েন্টমেন্ট শিডিউল ও ক্লায়েন্ট লগ সংরক্ষণ করা।
সোশ্যাল মিডিয়া ও প্রমোশনাল পোস্টের জন্য ছবি, ভিডিও তৈরি করা।
মার্কেটিং টিমের সাথে বিভিন্ন ইভেন্ট বা ক্যাম্পেইনে কো-অর্ডিনেশন করা।
অফিসের রিসেপশন, সুশৃঙ্খল ও পেশাদারভাবে উপস্থাপন করা।
