Responsibilities & Context:
  • Receive and greet guests as they enter the chamber and navigate them to the right place
  • Receive and answer phone calls, assist people with necessary information, and transfer calls to appropriate advocates/parties.
  • Keep track of daily and monthly attendance and leave of employees.
  • Maintain and update the staff sign-in sheet, contact information, movement records, and holidays.
  • Record, file and track all incoming and outgoing courier/mail, and distribute them to the right place with notification
  • Perform other official works as per order of the superior officials.
  • Have a good knowledge of computer operating.
