Additional Requirements: Responsibilities & Context: - Receive and greet guests as they enter the chamber and navigate them to the right place
- Receive and answer phone calls, assist people with necessary information, and transfer calls to appropriate advocates/parties.
- Keep track of daily and monthly attendance and leave of employees.
- Maintain and update the staff sign-in sheet, contact information, movement records, and holidays.
- Record, file and track all incoming and outgoing courier/mail, and distribute them to the right place with notification
- Perform other official works as per order of the superior officials.
- Have a good knowledge of computer operating.
