∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ B.Sc in Dairy or Food Technology

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new ideas for innovation in dairy products segment and work proactively from idea generation to commercialization of new products
∎ Development and standardization of product formulation, raw materials and packaging materials specification and process parameter
∎ Develop new products prototype, assuring great tasting dairy products through robust design, sensory, consumer testing, product Shelf life study/stability study, designing of Nutrition Fact Table ( NFT )
∎ Work closely and support the marketing, QA, purchase and costing departments for successful execution of new products
∎ Handling of market complaints, find out the root causes of complaints through proper laboratory experiment/analysis, interpret, communicate and leverage experimental data to authority

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of experience in dairy product development

Salary: Negotiable
