Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor / masters any discipline/ Textile graduate preferred.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure fabrics quality/bleeding/shrinkage and maintenance of required standards.
∎ Carrying out overall quality checks and measurements.
∎ Check and ensure samples are correctly made.
∎ Setting quality standards for the factory and producers as per guidance for each department in factory.
∎ Set up quality standards in cutting section basis of records of the defects in fabric.
∎ Ability to understand customer concept and idea to develop new product.
∎ Time and Action Plan on regular basis to ensure on time submission with right quality and quantity.
∎ Able to conduct In-line Inspection, Production Monitoring, Pre-final and Final Inspection.
∎ Checking conformity of raw materials as per approved items through visual inspection.
∎ Keep all necessary documents and quality SOP.
∎ Ensure products quality 100%.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Experience in Fashion house/ Buying House/ Garments, Textile.
∎ Must have sound knowledge of fabrics & accessories.
∎ Strong knowledge about fabric, Garment, washing, printing and embroidery.
∎ Must have experience in woven and knit garments.
∎ Candidate has experience on local fashion house will get advantage.
Salary: Negotiable
