Responsibilities & Context:
- Perform physical and chemical testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all tests, results, and observations in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).
- Prepare and review quality control documentation.
- Perform regular checks and validations of instruments to maintain accuracy and precision.
- Support the Head of the organization in reviewing and investigating nonconformities, deviations, and out-of-specification results. Assist in preparation for internal and external audits, providing necessary data and documentation.
- Analyze test results, interpret data, and prepare quality reports for management review.
- Identify trends or potential quality issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
