Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)

Inspection, Merchandising, Production, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection, Sample
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments Accessories, Textile, Buying House
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications.
∎ Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
∎ Specifying quality requirements of raw materials with suppliers.
∎ Investigating and setting standards for quality/health and safety.
∎ Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at both national and international level.
∎ Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures.
∎ Writing management/technical reports and customers' charters.
∎ Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/quality.
∎ Directing objectives to maximize profitability.
∎ Recording, analyzing and distributing statistical information.
∎ Monitoring performance.
∎ Supervising technical or laboratory staff.
∎ Developing objective metrics for measuring Quality assurance across all product categories and across all brand channels.
∎ Development of all overall and specific QA policies and standards for all product categories.
∎ Ensuring execution of all QA standards and practices.
∎ Tracking progress by Buyers and by Brands.
∎ Plans and manages quality department activities in accordance with agreed upon budgets, timelines and goals.
∎ Creates yearly T&A calendar for Quality in alignment with overall Product Development calendar.
∎ Develops and owns all communication strategies, both internally and externally.
∎ Inspection performance, Internal Audit performance/accountability.
∎ Capable to meet 5S System.
∎ Knowledge on Technical Audit Properly.

∎ Age at least 40 years

∎ Pro-active and honest.
∎ Excellent communication skills in both spoken & written English & Bengali.
∎ Interested candidates will be flexible to working hours.
