∎ Alesha Tech Ltd. is looking for Python Developers with a minimum of 4+ years of experience for Team Lead/Senior and 2+ experience for Mid-level with strong problem-solving skills. These key resources are expected to resolve any advanced level issues that might arise, as well as guide and mentor the Junior level developers regarding the best practices & required skills. A strong sense of responsibility, accountability, proactiveness, and the attitude of ownership is a must for this position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Build Web Application from Scratch using Python with Django or any other framework as required.
∎ Maintain software engineering best practices through the team like SOLID, Design Patterns, Unit Tests, CI/CD, Clean Code, Refactoring, Code Review, etc.
∎ Write Reusable, Testable, and Efficient code as well as coach the team to do the same.
∎ Perform code review, merge code, resolve code conflicts, and deploy to server.
∎ Coach & guide the team about Unit Testing.
∎ Collaborate with a team of developers and UX designers to create a Python based web application.
∎ Customizing Odoo (open-source framework) and integration with third-party systems, if required
∎ Design and Implementation of API to be consumed by Front-End Developers.
∎ Ensure HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across related applications
∎ Responsible for the analysis, design, development, documents and delivery of software solutions.
∎ Prepare detailed specifications from which code will be written and confer with end-users to analyze specified methods and procedures, identify problems and document specific requirements.
∎ Familiarity with ORM (Object Relational Mapper) libraries.
∎ Help us make the transformation from a successful legacy product to a modern infrastructure ecosystem.
∎ Having experience on working with Docker and CI & CD pipelines will be appreciated.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (CSE/IT/CIS/SWE) from any reputed university
∎ Proven development experience of RESTful APIs using a Python web framework such as Django, Flask, etc.
∎ Hands-on experience with SQL schema design, SOLID principles, REST API design.
∎ Experience working with ORMs like SQLAlchemy or Django.
∎ Experience in developing large server-side applications and microservices.
∎ Must have working knowledge in Web technologies including Bootstrap, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, XML, JavaScript, AJAX.
∎ Good knowledge of the Python Django framework is of high value.
∎ Working experience in Python2/3, Tensorflow, Scipy, Numpy, XGBoost, Pandas, NLTK, Rasa 2. is preferable
∎ Knowledge of object-oriented programming, object modeling, relational databases (Postgres SQL), NoSQL, GraphQL, and Unix/Linux platform.
∎ Familiarity with server-side templating languages including Jinja 2 and Mako.
∎ Deep knowledge in Multi-User Authentication & Authorization Systems.
∎ Knowledge about Broadcasting, Event & Listener will be a plus point.
∎ familiar with software development tools, for example - Pycharm, GitHub, GitLab.
