Job Context:

∎ We are looking for well experienced, energetic, positive attitude and skilled person with quick learning capability, who will be assigned job under the Purchase section.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Following and enforcing the company's procurement policies and procedures.
∎ Maintaining good supplier relations and negotiating contracts.
∎ Negotiate pricing and supply contracts.
∎ Reviewing, comparing, analyzing, and approving products and services to be purchased.
∎ Monitor supplier performance.
∎ Control spending and build a culture of long-term savings on procurement costs.
∎ Maintaining and updating supplier information such as qualifications, delivery times, product ranges, etc.
∎ Develop plans for purchasing services and supplies, cost-reduction strategies, purchasing fruitful sourcing strategies.
∎ Develop different code number for different products
∎ Supplier registration on SRM platform
∎ Making ERP Purchase Order
∎ Execute Purchase and Payment application through MO system
∎ Any other task given by the authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

∎ Ability to negotiate contracts
∎ Excellent communication skills
∎ Ability to work well with management and staff at all levels
∎ Computer literacy is a must.
∎ Experience in ERP/Other software-based procurement.
∎ Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
∎ Goal-oriented, organized team player
∎ Chinese Speaking and understanding ability will be great advantage
