Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and monitor the balance between Rokomari and the publishers.
Identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in the accounts.
Ensure TDS is calculated and submitted correctly. Share TDS reports with publishers regularly.
Collect and maintain accurate payment information from publishers.
Follow up with publishers regarding pending payments.
Use WhatsApp to provide necessary updates to publishers and receive their updates regularly.
Visit the publisher’s office if any account-related issues arise that need face-to-face resolution.
Explain issues clearly and ensure resolution during visits.
Help publishers understand their account and payment details.
Take proactive steps to improve processes and prevent future issues.
