Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / Master’s degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The role of public relation officer is to ensure overall customer service and to gain customer satisfaction.
∎ Ensure effective and smooth co-ordination between consultant and the outpatient (with / without appointment, follow up etc.)
∎ Greet all guests with appropriate manners & curtsey and arrange pre-consultation requirements as necessary.
∎ Responsible for receiving visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
∎ Maintain complete and accurate customer correspondence data.
∎ Guide patient to consultant's room when the consultant is ready to see the patient after ensuring s/he has paid consultancy fees at billing desk and other necessary preparations.
∎ Guide the patients regarding investigation, medication & follow-up visit.
∎ Update respective consultant(s) regarding patient's attendance and status as & when required.
∎ Facilitate the patients for report showing / follow up visit schedule or appointment slot after discussing with the relevant consultant.
∎ Manage, plan and schedule patient's appointment / cancellation aligned with centralized on line appointment calendar.
∎ Be updated with the latest information on different facilities and tariffs and persuade patients politely to avail diagnostics and medication facilities.
∎ Assist sales team in business acquisitions, planning and development.
∎ Managing client relationships to build a reputation for excellent service and generate repeat business.
∎ Identify and develop problem solving methodologies to resolve customer issues.
∎ Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction by maintaining strong working relationships.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Hospital or Diagnostic Centre.
∎ Having good computer skill in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
∎ Team player and have ability to work independently as and when required Willing to work under pressure
∎ Good computer knowledge.
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
