Additional Requirements:
∎ We are looking for a dynamic person with minimum three (3) years experience in appropriate hygiene promotion programmes or/and working with communities and capacity to analyse information and ability to apply professional and ethical standards to data collection and analysis processes, and research. You should have good computer skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), analytical and decisions making skills with limited support and ability to work independently as well work as a team player - supporting other departments is essential. You should have good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with international and national staff, strong oral and written communication skills in both English/Bengali and Chittagonian language (local Language) and have experience and commitment to promote equity, gender and diversity. Experience in emergency and early recovery programmers with international/non-profit organizations.

Salary:
∎ BDT. 727,205 gross per annum (13 months) with other benefits e.g. medical for spouse and children, contributory Provident fund, gratuity, leave & Insurance etc.
