Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Social Science (MSS)
∎ • Post Graduate/ Graduate in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Social Science or any other related subjects with a good academic record;
∎ • Attended training or courses in psychosocial counseling services;
∎ • Minimum 2 years of practical experience in providing counselling services to the survivors of trafficking or any relevant disadvantage group;
∎ • Experience in working with skilled workforce development project for marginalized and vulnerable populations;
∎ • Having good understanding on vocational skills, soft skills, entrepreneurship, on-the-Job trainings, assessment and job placement in private sector;
∎ • Knowledge on case management and reintegration of a survivor of trafficking;
∎ • Knowledge on documentation of counselling services and reporting;
∎ • Sensible and respectful towards the survivors and relevant group of people;
∎ • Have positive attitude to support vulnerable group like survivors of trafficking;
∎ • Strong understanding of gender and diversity issues;
∎ • Have competitive inter-personal communication skills; and
∎ • Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, databases, email and internet.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Lead the overall psychosocial counselling services to the trafficking survivors of Ashshash project under TSP;
∎ • Lead and ensure a comprehensive need assessment of the trafficking survivors for identifying appropriate economic empowerment service;
∎ • Maintain strong collaboration with local SPPs for trafficking survivors’ identification, mobilization and enrollment in TSPs as well as batch creation for vocational skills and entrepreneurship development training;
∎ • Maintain proper discretion and confidentiality to build trust with Men and Women Who Have Escaped Trafficking (trafficking survivors), their families, peers and community;
∎ • Provide necessary psychosocial counselling service to the survivors during vocational skills, soft skills, entrepreneurship, on-the-Job trainings, Job Placement and follow-up based on their needs and context following the “Do No Harm” principle;
∎ • Keep record and maintain all kind of forms/ registration, reports, files, guidelines and other documents related to his/her jurisdiction. e.g. counselling, psychosocial support, behavioral data collection etc.;
∎ • Maintain overall case management process, system maintaining privacy, and confidentiality;
∎ • Assist the team in preparing monthly, quarterly and other periodical report as per guideline and requirement of Ashshash;
∎ • Maintain close liaison with other relevant stakeholders from government and non-government organizations;
∎ • Participate in different training, meeting, workshop, seminar, symposium- organized by the project and the key stakeholders;
∎ • Provide necessary support to other team members when needed or instructed by his/her supervisor or organization;
∎ • Support to ensure baseline, mid-line and final evaluation accurately done considering Winrock’s and donor's requirements; and
∎ • Other duties, as assigned.
