Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Establish and monitor confidential reporting mechanisms for sexual exploitation and abuse.
∎ Coordinate reference checks, policy distribution, and compliance as part of human resources management.
∎ Orient and train staff on PSEA and child safeguarding policies and procedures.
∎ Ensure adherence to safeguarding policies and protocols across all projects and activities.
∎ Provide technical support and guidance to staff and stakeholders on PSEA and child safeguarding matters.
∎ Prepare detailed reports and documentation on safeguarding activities and incidents.
∎ About the Position:
∎ EIMS Ltd. is seeking a committed and experienced PSEA (Prevention of Sexual Exploitation and Abuse) & Child Safeguarding Focal Point to join our team in Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh. This is a contractual position for a period of 2 years, with the potential for extension based on project needs. The successful candidate will play a critical role in establishing and monitoring confidential reporting mechanisms and ensuring compliance with PSEA and child safeguarding policies.
∎ Job Type: Contractual (2 years, with the possibility of extension)
