  • Ability to meet the deadline despite all obstacles.

  • Have to travel with MD (if necessary).



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Acts as the first contact point to reach MD.
  • Manages and maintains schedule, which includes meeting arrangements, scheduling appointments, and management of travel itineraries.
  • Communicates to MD about all incoming correspondences like email, phone calls, messages, etc., and conveys all information.
  • Arranges all types of meetings on behalf of MD and ensure all stakeholder’s presence.
  • Arrange meetings and seminars, ensuring as appropriate that participants have all relevant papers in advance and ensuring specifically that the participants are well prepared for meetings.
  • Taking minutes at meetings, transcribe and present back to attendees accurately and in the appropriate format.
  • Drafts and edits meeting minutes, documents, reports, presentations, and other secretarial notes.
  • Reminds all stakeholders about important deadlines and follows up actions on pending assignments.
  • Accompanies MD at the time of his travel to different establishments.
  • Acts as a representative of MD where required.
  • Handles confidential information with utmost discretion and maintains the sensitivity of the case.
  • Contacts with govt. offices, banks, and other agencies on behalf of MD and visits often.
  • Arrange protocol service, visa, air ticket, and hotel reservation for MD.
  • Ensures passport, license, and other cards or documents are up to date.
  • Keep track of daily personal & office schedules as per instruction.
  • Ability to speak & write Fluent English & Bangla.
  • Ability to type Bangla & English.
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other staff.
  • Should have experience in making corporate presentations in PowerPoint.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments.
  • Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines.
  • Any other secretarial tasks are relevant to this role.
  • Drafting & writing different letters in Bangla & English.
  • Any other secretarial tasks relevant to this role given by MD.
