Job Context:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing all activities of EPD project assigned to NGDO and troubleshooting challenges as they arise;
∎ Maintaining records of all documents of NGDO's EPD activities in both physical copy and electronic copy using the Dropbox file-sharing platform;
∎ Attending weekly partners' coordination teleconferences and providing updates on the activities and following decisions made during the calls;
∎ Setting regular work plans of the project activities of NGDO and providing updates to the EPD PM (Project Manager) and ICC (In-Country Coordinator);
∎ Assisting small grantees to revise and update their proposals, activities, advocacy strategies and action plans when required;
∎ Assisting small grantees to develop awareness, advocacy and training tools/materials;
∎ Collecting work plans, progress reports with necessary evidence and training & advocacy tools from the small grantees on monthly, quarterly and yearly basis (as determined by BlueLaw);
∎ Assisting EPD ICC in administering monitoring and evaluation data collection tools for the monitoring and evaluation of the activities of small grantees, including regularly updating and verifying data collected from small grantees in Excel spreadsheets;
∎ Ensuring quality deliverables/services are being provided by the small grantees to the beneficiaries, including by conducting field visits to monitor and/or participate in small grantees' activities;
∎ Ensuring small grantees are complying all provisions of agreement including compliance with BLI's and USAID's policies;
∎ Ensuring NGDO and small grantees are using VAT exemption coupons and provide solutions if problem arise, in coordination with the EPD ICFO (In-Country Finance Officer);
∎ Coordination with Disability Rights Fellows based at EPD partner BLAST, provide guidelines if required;
∎ Entering data into the Case Tracking Systems (CTS), as needed, and assisting small grantees to do so;
∎ Maintaining close communication with the ICC and assisting her/him in all programmatic, administrative and financial aspects when required;
∎ Coordinating activities, when necessary, with the NGDO finance officer in collecting, compiling, and recording necessary documentation from small grantees.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 8 year experience of working in development sector in program, monitoring and evaluation, experience of working with USAID funded project will highly appreciable
∎ Persons with disabilities, women, women with disabilities will be encouraged to apply
∎ Must be skilled in Microsoft word, Excel and online communications
∎ Reading, writing and listening skills in both Bengali and English language
∎ Must be comfortable/agreed to adjust working hours with US and BD times

Salary: Tk. 35000 - 40000 (Monthly)
