∎ Supervise daily site operations and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications.Enforce safety protocols and take corrective actions to address hazards.Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.Maintain accurate records of work, delays, and change orders.Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain workmanship standards.Troubleshoot on-site issues and implement timely solutions.Oversee multiple projects across different locations in Bangladesh.Ensure timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
