Job Context:
∎ Caritas Bangladesh (CB) is a national and non-profit development organization operating in Bangladesh since 1967. It has its Central Office in Dhaka and eight Regional Offices in Barishal, Chattogram, Dhaka, Dinajpur, Khulna, Mymensingh, Rajshahi and Sylhet. CB is implementing 87 on-going projects covering 209 upazila focusing on six main priorities i.e i) Social Welfare and Community Development, ii) Quality Education, iii) Health Care and Education, iv) Disaster Management, v) Ecological Conservation and Development and vi) Development of Indigenous Peoples.

∎ Caritas Bangladesh (CB), Cox`s Bazar is looking for suitable candidates (both female & male) for immediate appointment as well as to prepare panel list for Emergency Response to the Forcibly Displaced People of Myanmar in Bangladesh.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate and manage the team of facilitators and volunteers in the Ideas Box.
∎ Support facilitators and volunteers in the design of tailored activities and ensure that an efficient use of the contents and materials is being done by the team.
∎ Support the team in developing outreach strategies with Ideas Cube.
∎ Conduct sessions with social and religious leaders.
∎ Building relations with local authorities and other actors in the camp.
∎ Attend coordination and relevant sector meetings at camp level to enhance the visibility of the Ideas Box project and ensure limited overlapping with other actors' programs.
∎ Support the teams in leveraging the activity schedules and ensure consistency with other partners' activities.
∎ Report on security issues and protection concerns.
∎ Manage the project within the Ideas Box (strategic adaptation, project scheduling, capitalization) and ensure its coherence with overall project objectives.
∎ Ensure no discriminatory attitude exists among the dynamics of his/her team.
∎ Report on the Ideas Box activities and collect facilitators' feedbacks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Team management and coordination.
∎ Project management
∎ Capacity for adaptation and dialogue with different speakers (local authorities, partners, group leaders, volunteers), and to have them cooperate operationally.
∎ Communication with communities
∎ Data collection & reporting and activities.
∎ Specific skills in theatre, art, music and books will be appreciated.
∎ Handling and working with digital tools such as tablets and computers.
∎ 2/3 years' experience in a team leading position.
∎ Experience in the planning and facilitation of activities.
∎ Previous experience with a cultural, educational or humanitarian project.
∎ Knowledge or experience in a camp or refugee context will be appreciated

Salary: Tk. 60000 (Monthly)
