Educational Requirements:

Job Responsibilities:
∎ PO will be responsible for arranging awareness, advocacy, training and other programs at union level.
∎ S/he will be responsible for data validation from the field with support from FFs PC will guide him intensively.
∎ Project Officer (PO) will be responsible for giving support to the Field Facilitators forming the women groups/spouse groups/adolescent groups at respective Unions.
∎ S/he will assist the Field Facilitators organizing the group meetings fortnightly, attend the awareness sessions for facilitation, and assist the groups for developing their action plan and implementation,
∎ S/he will be responsible for developing relevant synopsis/modules for the planned training/workshop/orientation/awareness sessions etc. to be facilitated at communities, Upazila and district level.
∎ Develop capacity of the Field Facilitators in line with project interventions and implementation strategies.
∎ Compile the field level trainings/orientation events/sessions for preparing the compiled report.
∎ S/he Organize project monthly/quarterly or any other meetings sharing with project management.
∎ This position will be responsible for preparing the profile of the beneficiary households.
∎ S/he will assist Project Manager for project documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication skills both in Bangla & English.
∎ Should have sound knowledge on Microsoft Office package.
∎ The PO should have at least 3 years of experience in working with community based programs.
∎ S/he should have 1/2 years' experience to work with projects focused on climate change/livelihood/gender based violence and governance/right based approach.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 33000 (Monthly)
∎ Others benefits will be as per Organization policy and budget provision.
