Responsibilities & Context:
Responsibility:
- Formation & Functioning of Friendship Community Development Committee (FCDC) and Friendship Farmers Club (FFC).
- Conduct survey to select the beneficiaries according to the guideline.
- Maintain a high degree of financial integrity and accountability and ensure adherence to FRIENDSHIP policies and procedures in program spending and budget monitoring.
- Develop work plan and submit to the Supervisor and ensure its implementation.
- Successfully complete the training schedule and lesson learning session.
- Organize and facilitate training.
- Provide input support to the beneficiaries.
- Time to time share new agricultural (Crop, Livestock, and Fisheries) technology with our FCDC and FFC member and motivate to implement.
Activities:
- Ensure timely submission of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports to the supervisor.
- Documentation and Reporting.
- Liaison with the different stakeholders.
- Conduct TNA and FINA.
- Monitor and supervise the project activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of IGA and develop entrepreneur.
- Communication and coordination with our internal sector of the organization.
- Any other work set by the authority of the Organization.
