Job Context:
∎ JAGO NARI is going to implement ICDRM Project, Supported by Plan International Bangladesh at three Unions under Bhola Sadar Upazilla.
∎ JAGO NARI is seeking application from the appropriate and qualified candidate who has the nationality of Bangladesh and has willingness to work community level.
∎ Duration: Up to August 2020
∎ Job Nature: Full-time and spend 60-70% time at field level
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitoring of all kinds of project activities
∎ Prepare plan and report monthly or periodically.
∎ Regular field visit, community meeting, meetings with other stakeholders and share information and experiences
∎ Liaison and linkage with GO/NGO and other stakeholders.
∎ Smooth Documentation of project activities
∎ Attained to the Coordination and progress review meeting with members at a regular interval
∎ Supervising the field level and others activities
∎ Periodically Monitoring and evaluation of activities after implementation
∎ Finally, capacity build up to staff and learning sharing and take further step
∎ Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures
∎ Develop monitoring framework, required tools and fast track the progress of the project
∎ Develop, maintain and update project database and share as per need
∎ Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output.
∎ Monitor the sustainability of the project's results.
∎ Review, update, and follow up Policy/Guidelines/Program operational guidelines of the project
∎ Prepare program's plan quarterly, monthly and weekly basis and report to the Head of the program.
∎ Develop/update monitoring systems and follow up and improvement of program quality.
∎ Response to Donor, UP and concern Government departments according to their demand/compliance.
∎ Develop follow up mechanism, reporting and documentation systems and provide support as and where required.
∎ Documentation system development and ensure to preserve all tiles and documents of the project
∎ Support monitoring and evaluation of the effects and impact of the project;
∎ Provide input and update information related to project outcome at MMS website.
∎ Any other task assigns by authorities from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ 5 years' experience in same position
∎ 'Understanding of development programs with special focus on DRR
∎ Project Monitoring planning/ communication and Documentation skills
∎ Clear Idea of Monitoring Tools
∎ Understanding of Monitoring and Supervision System
∎ Mentoring, Monitoring and Evaluation of work
∎ Should have good communication in English
∎ Experience in designing tools and strategies for data collection, analysis and production of reports;
∎ Expertise in analyzing data using statistical software like SPSS.
∎ Experience on compliance of different donor and development partners
∎ Willingness to frequent field visit
∎ Good skill on computer and have valid motorcycle driving license
Salary: Tk. 39190 (Monthly)
