Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Arts (MA), Master of Social Science (MSS), Master of Development Studies (MDS), Masters degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Strong communication skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): AIDS, CWDs, NGO

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3 years working experiences, preferably in NGO sector.
∎ Expected to have sound knowledge and experience in program implementation, data management and interpretation, monitoring and evaluation of community based program.
∎ Should have coordination skills with the local government officials and development partners
∎ Excellent interpersonal communication, facilitation and report writing skills are required.
∎ Proficiency in MS Word, Excel is required and knowledge on advanced level data analysis software will be an added extra value.

Salary: Tk. 24200 (Monthly)
