- Should have a proven record of leadership, team-building, cultural sensitivity and diplomacy

- Working experience with computers
- Previous experience in working in the Char and islands areas and knowledge of local languages will be a definite advantage
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for:
- Ability to organize health services in which increased access, availability of, and quality health care to the population in remote places.
- Focuses on results for the client and responds positively to feedback
- To provide technical, strategic, and administrative support and supervision to the Friendship health project staff (Paramedic, organizer, and Friendship Community Medic Aide etc.) at, upazila and community levels.
- To maintain close communication and collaboration with the MOHFW official at Upazila & Union level, other NGOs, and Friendship floating Hospitals
- To prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual progress reports of the field
- To prepare field-level requisitions (financial, medicine, and logistics) and submit to the Friendship district office
- To undertake any other assignment given by the Friendship Management
Activities:
- Access to emergency services, including a swift and affordable effective referral system
- Professional relationships maintain with the higher authority through email.
- Any work set within the reason and means by the authority of the organization.
- Highly committed & motivated to work in remote places.
- Displays cultural, gender, religion, race, nationality, and age sensitivity and adaptability
- Organize health services that increased access, and availability of, quality health care to the population in remote places.
