Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's Degree in any discipline preferably in Food Science, Technology, Engineering, Dairy Technology from any Public University;
∎ At least 5 years extensive professional experience of development projects and project management.

Job Context:
∎ Resource Integration Center (RIC) is going to begin a Program on "Adoption of Environment Friendly Dairy Production, Processing and Marketing" in processing microenterprise `Sustainable Enterprise Project (SEP)` in Munshigonj district under Palli Karma-Sahayak Foundation (PKSF) with funding assistance of World Bank. For substantive implementation of this program the organization is going to recruit some competitive staffs as per following criteria:
∎ Duration: 1 year (extendable up to project tenure upon performance)
∎ Job location: Munshigonj or Sreenagar
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Project Manager will work under the supervision of Focal Person and his/her specific tasks are, but not limited to, the followings:
∎ Lead the team and fully responsible for the execution of project activities in time, quality and scope;
∎ Lead the process of developing/develop implementation plan of the project with detail activities, operational processes and budget for field level implementation;
∎ Coordinate and supervise the data collection;
∎ Maintain a close liaison with all the stakeholders of the project;
∎ Look after the regular expenditure and check if the budget is on track or not;
∎ Facilitate the capacity building of project staffs and delegate task as per the project need;
∎ Ensure the implementation of result framework through comprehensive and quality monitoring;
∎ Maintain regular communication and coordination with technical team of PKSF ;
∎ Ensure regular reporting as per donor guideline and compliance;
∎ Supervise team to roll out relevant policies, guidelines, tools, format and document progress, learning and best practices;
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by his/her supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years;
∎ Having knowledge on dairy processing, food processing, environment, climate change, and micro enterprise issues;
∎ Ability to work under pressure;
∎ Excellent networking, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
∎ Excellent communications skills both in Bangla and English;
∎ Strong analytical and report-writing skills;
∎ Excellent command using Microsoft Office Package (MS word, Excel, Power Point etc.);
∎ Ability to work effectively with people from diverse backgrounds;
∎ Willingness to travel to, and work in, remote areas;
∎ Ability to drive motorcycle with valid driving license.
Salary:
∎ BDT 60,000 (consolidated) with other admissible benefits as per organizational policy.
