∎ Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in an IT-related major from any reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee all software development for a segment of Group's mobile app development projects
∎ Work directly with internal partners and customers of varying types to understand their needs and bring the voice-of-customer closer to engineering
∎ Guide software and partner teams in Agile methodology, troubleshoot adoption efforts, and guide continuous learning and iteration
∎ Ensure team-wide standards in development practices, processes, cultural practices
∎ Bring excellent communication skills and the ability to interface with senior leadership with confidence and clarity
∎ Use data to inform decisions about products, technology, and teams
∎ Have a collaborative style and lots of experience working with Product Marketing Managers, UI/UX Designers and Product Owners to deliver on complex, multi-year roadmaps, with frequent releases
∎ Build a high-performance engineering culture including hiring top technical talent
∎ Drive elimination of inefficiencies in the coding process, while ensuring a quality-first mentality across engineering teams
∎ Ensure the Group's software product portfolio meets and surpasses all regulatory, compliance, security, and privacy policy requirements
∎ Promote contemporary cutting-edge software architectures leveraging best-in-class software tooling, SDKs, etc
∎ Support the execution of the company's technology strategy, in line with our architecture and design principles
∎ Recruit, retain and lead high-caliber software engineering talent
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced communicator/presenter of technical information with a quality focus to
∎ internal as well as external partners
∎ Core understanding of Android and iOS application development process
∎ Core understanding of the full technology stack and programming languages
