Job Context:
∎ PROJECT PROFILE
∎ The Project `Faith Leaders in Peace Action` under USAID`s Obirodh: Road to Tolerance will work to mobilize selected faith influencers with enhanced skills to rebuild trust and take a bridge-building role among communities to ensure peace and harmony in Bangladesh. The activity will include discussions in popular faith based online TV channels, development of short videos on peace message & peace dialogues at district level involving cross section of people of the communities. The following positions are mainly responsible for supporting to run these activities maintain close relationship with key faith influencers, medias and other stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ THIS IS A PROJECT LEAD POSITION AND THE PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE POSITION ARE:
∎ Manage independently a national level strategic communication and network program
∎ Ensure implementation of project framework and other relevant stakeholders and accomplish all the project activities as per design
∎ Supervise project team members as per SOP of the project;
∎ Develop partnership with the stakeholders as per requirements of the project;
∎ and ensure accountability and quality management system in place
∎ Build and maintain donor relationship, contracts, reporting and meet their compliances;
∎ Establish a monitoring system to ensure quality implementation of project;
∎ To guide media team to prepared Online discussion and video massaging
∎ Conduct national level meetings/workshops/dialogue/seminars as needed with relevant stakeholders;
∎ To monitor recorded discussions & video messaging in online based channels and various social medias
∎ Orient project staffs about the Inclusion and strategy of the project implementation
∎ Able to work on tight deadlines, competent and dynamic in and report preparing;
∎ Have to travel frequently across the country;
∎ Ensure quality reporting and documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least four-year experience commensurate to the above responsibility for this position or experience with development project.
∎ Extra curriculum engagement /social activism is a plus.
∎ Candidates need to be highly motivated and committed to work with faith influencers Respectful to faith based code of conduct and atmosphere
∎ Demonstrated capacity of media engagement, communication and network
∎ Excellent reporting and strong interpersonal communication capacity both oral and written in English and Bangla;
Salary: Tk. 80000 (Monthly)
