Educational Requirements:
∎ Having master's degree from well reputed universitiespreferable in Social Science discipline (liberal arts, Sociology, Social Work, Social Welfare, Anthropology, Physiology, Political Science etc.). Applicants from other discipline can apply having strong required professional qualifications for this position.
∎ O/A levels background will get preference
∎ Extra curriculum skills/volunteerism/network attachment will be strongly considered

∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Report to : Project Manager
∎ Type : Contractual(Nine months)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Act as a bridge between beneficiaries and peer leaders.
∎ Make close relationship with Madrasa students and peer leaders
∎ Provide knowledge and skills based on the curriculum
∎ Supervise classroom sessions at female Madrasha and report them accordingly
∎ Organize monthly feedback sessions and monitor follow-up sessions for creating/developing innovative ideas among students
∎ Able to work on tight deadlines, competent and dynamic in operating Microsoft Office and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
∎ Have to travel frequently in project locations in Dhaka city
∎ Collaborate with management team
∎ Maintain collaborations with institutions/organizations as per requirements
∎ Prepare periodical reports as per requirements

Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Preferably up to two years experience commensurate to the above responsibility for this position or experience with development project/youth engagement/women empowerment etc.
∎ Willing to work with Madrasah female students
∎ Strong commitment and respectful to faith-basedcode of conduct and atmosphere.
∎ Strong speaking and writing capacity in English and Bangla
∎ Good in interpersonal communication

Salary: Tk. 45000 (Monthly)
